I have know Andy Van Geyzel since June 2013, and in that time I have come to trust him and his financial advice. I find in any relationship personal as well as professional respect and trust is important. Andy is kind respectful, really cares about his clients, and it shows. This is an expanded review. My adviser is now a delightful person a living legend 🙂 Tracey Corbett, previous Agents Andy and Raf and now Tracey instill trust in people who are their clients, that is a rare quality gift. Support staff, they know who they are a treasure are brilliant at their jobs. Until proven otherwise, everyone at Approved Financial Planner really care about people, and it shows.
We met with Tracey Corbett on Monday night the 9th September. Tracey has a perfect balance of being friendly and remaining professional. This is so important in this digital age where we don't all "subscribe" to the virtual meeting, but require the face to face time, so any questions or issues can be discussed, clarified and corrected.
Despite meeting in the late afternoon Tracy had all the time in the world, and at no point did we feel "rushed"

Our experience with Daniel was excellent. He is very knowlegeable and clearly explained the investement options available to us including both the short and long term implications of asset growth. There is significant uncertainty in the economy and Daniel devised an investment plan that suited to our particular needs as we approach retirement.
